Design Lead / Director, based in Lisbon.
I use design to explore, evaluate and change the narrative around products and services, and to understand the impact they have on the habits and behaviours of the people who use them.
I started in software engineering, then moved into design and never looked back. Over 13 years I have designed and led work in pharmaceutical manufacturing, automotive, banking and travel, from startups with no formal design process to enterprise platforms used worldwide.
I am drawn to complex, high-stakes domains where clarity matters: regulated SaaS, B2B platforms, dense data. My approach combines strategic research, real-time customer insight and hypothesis-driven design, so teams ship design systems that evolve with the business.
Today I lead UX at Cyferd, modernising a legacy no-code SaaS platform, building its design system and growing the team that carries it.
